Finland is outsourcing the submission of residence permit applications in India

Finland is outsourcing the submission of Schengen residence permit applications in India. Finland Application Centre maintained by VFS Global will be opened in Delhi on 26th of February 2019.

An appointment at the Application Centre must be booked beforehand and applications can be completed electronically https://migri.fi/enter-finland

The application must always be submitted in person together with the biometrics submission.

The Finnish Immigration Service will process all residence permit applications.
The Embassy will continue accepting  residence permit  applications with limited amount of appointment slots available. The confirmed  appointments will remain as agreed until 22nd of February 2019. After the Application Centre has been opened on 26th of February 2019 all appointments booked by the Embassy will be transferred to the new Application Centre. The applicant will lodge the application in person at the new Application Centre. Additional service fee of 70€ will be charged at the application Centre together with the residence permit fee.
