For the second time HSL area  (Helsinki Region Transport) came out on top in the international BEST survey.  The survey measures how satisfied residents are with public transport services in their city.

In the Helsinki region, 78 % of the respondents were satisfied with public transport services.  Geneva (75 %) was second and Stockholm (73 %) took the third place.

Public transport supply is deemed better in the Helsinki region than in the competing cities.  In the Helsinki region, 71 % of the respondents were satisfied with the supply, elswere the per cent was 62.
